Wedding Day Management

Our Wedding Day Management Package is the perfect solution for couples who have successfully planned their own wedding but want to ensure a stress-free and flawlessly executed celebration on the big day.

Our Wedding Day Management Package is designed to allow you to relax and fully enjoy every moment, while we take care of the logistical details. 

This service or as many couples know it to be is "Day of Coordination".  While this is a common term to use, we want our couples to understand that as wedding professionals, we can not come in on the day of your wedding to save the day.  To execute your wedding flawlessly, a lot of planning & details need to be taken care of a month before your wedding—for example, floor plan assistance, last-minute vendor bookings, contingency plans, vendor introductions, etc.  We take care of the "what ifs" before it happens.  Day of coordination is included in our wedding management package.

Services

We will provide services for the Client as outlined below, but not limited to this.

1) Pre-Wedding

• Calls/Emails every month to check in with planning

•One in person meeting 8 weeks before the wedding date

•Unlimited access to your lead planner via email, telephone, SMS

•Access to our preferred vendor list

2) Itinerary Development

•Design the wedding day itinerary

•Work with key vendors to produce the itinerary

•Adjust the itinerary when necessary

•Collect missing information from the vendors (arrival times etc)

3) Vendors

•Collate the list of participating vendors to be contacted.

•Contact every involved vendor.

•Send the itinerary to all vendors.

•Communicate with the vendors to ensure they have all required information.

•Meet & Greet all vendors where the itinerary allows it.

4) Wedding Rehearsal

•Lead or Assistant Planner will attend the rehearsal.

•If there is no priest/officiant to carry out the rehearsal that will be run by the lead planner.

•Planner to be given any items that are needed for set up at the venue.

5) Wedding Day

•Lead planner will be onsite from the agreed time from the details meeting.

•Set up all items listed from details meeting e.g. seating chart, name cards, favours.

•Ensure the vendors are doing what is required of them.

Set up any DIY décor, we will require a detailed list of the décor and pictures/plans of how it is to be set up.

6) Photography

•Work with the photographer to make sure the shot list is achieved if there is one.

7) MC/Speeches

•Work with the MC to ensure he/she has all the information they require.

• Cue the MC/Speeches a couple of minutes before the time.

•Ensure they know where to stand or where the podium will be.

8) DJ/Entertainment

•Cue DJ for entrances, first dance, cake cutting etc.

•Discuss changes in music if required.

9) Venue/Caterer

•Work with the lead person to ensure that the timings are ok for the kitchen.

•Ensure the service runs smoothly.

•Advise of any concerns/issues as they happen.

•Assist with locating dietary requirements.

10) Décor

•Assist with the design of the event

•Source any décor items as needed.

•If any diy décor, we will set it up, depending on the amount of décor this may incur additional costs. In general, place cards, favours, menu cards, table numbers, placing of centrepieces are no additional cost.

11) On-site management of event days

•Ensure the event runs smoothly

•Meet & Greet all vendors

•Be point of contact for all vendors

•Problem solve any issues during the event

•Communicate with client after the event re any issues if any.
